Web Hosting Contract |
| In this contract; “You” constitutes to the client of
this
project including any and all representatives of the client authorized
and responsible for working on this project with JCM Design. “Us” and “We” constitutes to JCM Design. º INITIAL PAYMENT Payment must be made before accessing the servers. º PAYMENTS While using our servers, you are on a month to month contract. Payments are due before your billing period. We reccomend making your payment 5 days in advance. If there is no payment made after the pay period. We are not liable for any lost data from the servers. We will contact you by e-mail two times before deleting any files. º ACCESS TO SERVERS Our Web Design clients do not have access to the servers where her/his web site is hosted, until after the web site is finished and signed off. Our Web Hosting clients have access through CPanel. You will receive a password up to 24 hours after initial payment. º SITE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT A separate site maintenance contract must be signed for us to maintain your site and offer technical support. This includes anything past the point of finishing the project and launching of the site. Some common maintenance includes adding or modifying e-mail addresses, content such as images, text, slideshows, maps, etc. º CANCELLATION If you decide to cancel the project you must do so in writing within five (5) days. You will receive 50% of your initial payment. The other 50% is non refundable. º LIMITED LIABILITY Althoug we back up our servers regularly. we reccomend you back up your files. In the event that a server crashes, JCM Design will work diligently to restore functionality to your site. We cannot be held responsible for any losses occurring during this time. Please contact us immidiately if there is a problem with your site º CHOICE OF LAW We will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your project. In the unfortunate case that something goes wrong we will try to come up with a reasonable solution. Any legal disputes between JCM Design and the client that end up in court must be resolved in a court in Monterey County, California, USA.
