You can see everything we do on your screen and you can disconnect the service at any time.

Remote Assistance allows us to diagnose and repair problems on a computer without ever personally visiting it. To take advantage of this technology, the affected computer must be connected to a high speed internet connection.

Remote assistance allows us to connect to your computer and perform virtually any task we could do onsite. From virus removal to software installation and configuration to training.

Because the need of an active high speed connection (DSL/Cable), we cannot work on internet connectivity problems through remote assistance.

*1 hour minimum is charged

*Unused time can be saved for use at any other time

*Time is charged at 30 min increments after the 1st hour

* This service is only for Desktop computers including IBM, Compaq, Dell, HP, and others running any Windows operating system.
